On February 25, 2024, Polyrhythms Third Sunday Jazz Series presents the Nathaniel Lawrence Memorial Concert featuring the Polyrhythms Trio and special guests: Billy Branch, Semenya McCord, and Hal Reed, followed by the headliner performance featuring the Edmar Castaneda Quartet.

This special concert is to pay tribute to Nate and will be held from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at Rivermont Collegiate, located at 1821 Sunset Drive in Bettendorf, Iowa.

  • Tickets are available at the door.
  • 4:00 pm – Doors open for a social gathering.
  • 4:30 pm – The Polyrhythms Trio featuring Corey Kendrick – piano, Ronald Wilson – bass, and Manuel Lopez III – drums. Special guests include Billy Branch, Semenya McCord and Hal Reed.
  • 6:00 – 8:00 PM – The Edmar Castaneda Quartet features Edmar Castaneda – harp, Andrea Tierra – vocals, Yotam Ben – harmonica, and Pablo Bencid – drums.

General admission for the concert is $20 (no reserved seating) with free admission for children, K-12 students, and College students (ID required).
